This Privacy Policy explains how fertigroww ("fertigroww", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry or application, take our clinic self-assessment, download our resources, or enrol in and use our programmes and learning portal (collectively, the "Platform" and "Services").

fertigroww provides business, systems, and operations programmes for owners and founders of ART (IVF) clinics in India. Our Services are intended for clinic owners, founders, and professionals — not for patients seeking fertility treatment. By using the Platform you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

This Policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India, as applicable.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Contact and enquiry details — your name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number, city, and clinic role when you submit the application form, contact us, or book a diagnostic assessment.
  • Self-assessment responses — the answers you give in the clinic self-assessment, used to generate a programme recommendation.
  • Programme and account data — information needed to enrol you in a cohort and operate the learning portal, including your login credentials, profile details, and programme selections.
  • Payment information — where you make a payment, billing details processed through our payment gateway partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications — messages, feedback, and correspondence you send us via email, WhatsApp, or the Platform.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiries and process programme applications and admissions.
  • To generate your self-assessment recommendation and suggest a suitable programme.
  • To deliver our programmes, operate the learning portal, and provide cohort access and support.
  • To communicate with you — including admissions follow-up, scheduling, and programme updates — by email and WhatsApp.
  • To process payments and issue receipts.
  • To improve our content, website, and Services, and for analytics.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and security obligations.

4. Legal Basis and Consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (which you provide when you submit a form or enrol), the performance of our Services to you, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with applicable law. You may withdraw your consent at any time, as described in Section 9 — this will not affect processing already carried out.

5. WhatsApp and Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our Services, including WhatsApp Business / messaging platforms (to send recommendations, resources, and admissions communication), payment gateways, email delivery providers, cloud hosting, and website analytics. These providers process data only as needed to perform their services for us and under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only: (a) with the service providers described above; (b) where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request; (c) to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others; and (d) in connection with a business transfer, with appropriate safeguards. Within a cohort, basic participant details may be visible to peers to enable peer learning — sensitive personal data is never shared without your consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, to provide the Services, and to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analysis.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, and secure hosting — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; withdraw your consent; and nominate a representative as permitted under the DPDPA. Our Services are intended for clinic owners, founders, and professionals and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.
