You can begin with the cluster area your clinic needs most and expand to additional systems as your clinic grows and you are ready for the next stage. No. The programme is designed for anyone responsible for the clinic's P&L and growth. This includes doctors, non-clinical co-founders, clinic directors, investors, and senior operations managers setting up or running an ART facility.
Every single framework, template, and system is built exclusively for ART (IVF) clinics. Patient acquisition, counselling conversion, ethical boundaries, ART patient journeys, and specific unit economics are framed entirely around the realities of running an ART centre in India.
